Comprising nearly 90 Chinese and international chefs, headed by French-born Executive Chef Dominique Martinez, who previously worked at Michelin-starred restaurants in Luxembourg, Germany and Barbados, the culinary team believes the best ingredients inspire the finest dining experiences. The hotel chefs have travelled to 22 hand-picked farms across China, and to artisanal food producers worldwide, to source the finest sustainable “farm to table” produce to enhance their carefully crafted recipes.

The expanded restaurant now has its own dedicated kitchen, and guests can also enjoy an all-day selection of international dishes to please every palate –accompanied by live music each afternoon and evening.
Evoking the mysteries of a secret Chinese garden, Jing is a stylish all-day lounge serving modern Mediterranean cuisines paired with fine wines from the cellar. With an increasing demand in China for healthy dining, particular emphasis is placed to ensure all ingredients are traceable, sustainable and predominantly certified organic. Jing’s Spanish Chef Alberto Becerril excites diners with imaginative colour, flavour and texture combinations that create memorable culinary impressions through the changing seasons.
Huang Ting celebrates the sophisticated flavours of fine Cantonese cuisine with new decorative embellishments recreating a traditional Beijing nobleman's home. Chef Bryan Li heads a team of 18 chefs who use only healthy seasonal ingredients in the preparation of signature barbecued meats and the finest Peking Duck in the Chinese capital. For lighter afternoon fare, the new Huang Ting Tea Lounge is decorated with Ming Dynasty-era tables and parasols and serves traditional Beijing snacks accompanied by more than 50 types of premium Chinese tea.
