Make Chinese New Year truly memorable with a joyful family dinner filled with festive favourite dishes at Huang Ting. The Year of the Dog is celebrated in authentic culinary style with two exclusive menus for diners.Typical Spring Festival appetisers such as roasted suckling pig, baked river eel in osmanthus sauce and drunken chicken with "Hua Diao" wine are crafted to tease every taste bud.

Delicious main dishes prepared with luxurious ingredients include Double-boiled superior broth with abalone, fish maw, chicken and brassica, steamed garoupa with soy sauce and bird’s nest in sweetened almond cream. A delightful dessert of deep-fried sesame balls with custard paste or sweetened black sesame dumplings completes an auspicious New Year banquet with family or friends.

Two curated Chinese New Year’s menus are served at Huang Ting from 15 to 20 February, “Ji Xiang” Menu priced at RMB 988 per person, “Ru Yi” Menu priced at RMB 1,588 per person.

Both packages include a free flow of imported red wine, Chinese Wine, local beer and soft drinks.
