Handcrafted sweet delicacies by award-winning Executive Pastry Chef Frederic Moreau, include Wealth: Baked Egg White Tartelette with Birds’ Nest; Prosperity: Classic and Red Date Scones, Clotted Cream, Mandarin Jam, Mango Cream; and Success: Sweet Mango Pudding.
To enhance the festive ambience, each junior guest will receive an auspicious hong bao red packet from Caishen, who will be dressed in traditional golden robes, and enjoy the chance to win a surprise gift in The Peninsula Beijing’s Chinese New Year prize draw.
